The participatory process launched in 2022 continued with the development of the Fondazione Caterina Dallara headquarters guidelines. After months of experimentation and feedback gathered through multiple meetings, local organizations and associations were invited to review and comment on a draft version of the guidelines, with the goal of promoting shared management of the headquarters spaces as common assets.

Participants reviewed, revised, and enriched the draft. With the technical support of KCity, they worked in three thematic groups (Study Room, Multipurpose Room, Management) to consolidate and refine proposals related to events, furnishings, and the coordination of the headquarters.
